HOW TO MAKE A RESERVATION :

We are more than happy to answer any questions you may have and help with making reservations through our contact Tab. To secure your reservation, a 50% deposit of your total rental stay is required.   Using our Availability and Booking Tab, select your accommodations  and continue to payment, our system will automatically charge 50%.  We will send an invoice for the final payment, due no later than check-in time.  We accept credit cards, ATM cards, Venmo, Zelle and cash.  You can also find us on AirBnB and VRBO with limited selections. 

CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY :

If you need to cancel your reservation, we require at least 30 days notice before check-in date for a refund of your deposit minus a 10% of funds received fee applied. Cancellations between 16 - 29 days before check-in date, there is a 50% of funds received refund .  Any reservations canceled within 15 days prior to check-in time will forfeit the entire deposit.

SECURITY :

Although La Manzanilla is very safe and secure, Safety is still important. For security and emergency reasons, we do ask for a complete list of all guests expected to stay at Casa Wahapin.  We do ask to be respectful of neighbors and the town while having a great time.    

We are not responsible for any personal items lost or stolen.  Please use the safes for important documents and cash.

No unauthorized guests allowed.  All guests must be listed on the reservation.

CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT :

Check-in time is 3 PM and check-out time is 11:30 AM (we try to coordinate with flights)

Please let us know if there will be late check-outs or early check-ins.

WHAT SERVICES CAN I EXPECT ? :

Linen and room service is every 4 days and as needed. We provide towels for the pool area and your personal bathroom amenities.  WiFi is throughout  the property with a Sonos sound system for the Palapa area.  Our water is filtered by reverse osmosis for your safety and we are connected to the local sewer for sanitation. 

Casa Wahapin offers more than just a place to stay, we want your time at Casa Wahapin to be memorable.  We offer a wide array of extra services to cater to your needs,  be it a personal chef, massage, day trips, kitchen stocking, and much more.  Let us know how we can make your stay unique and special.  A list is available under the extra services Tab.  Don't see what you want?  Do not hesitate to ask, we can arrange most things.
